Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz swiss chard
  • 1 pear - chopped
  • 1 kiwi - peeled
  • 2 oz kumquats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

This low calorie, low fat smoothie provides a boost of vitamin C from kiwi and kumquats, as well as healthy Omega-3s from hemp seeds, which means it’s fabulous for your skin. Pear provides pectin, a type of fiber that adds volume to smoothies, and swiss chard is an excellent source of even more fiber, potassium, magnesium and iron.
